Aktobe is a regional centre in the west, and here it is especially clear how online training erases distances inside a team. A student from Aktobe can easily share a group with players from very different parts of the country: they play together and study tactics together even though they might never meet in person.
A fixed line-up and team roles make that bond real rather than random: the same voices in Discord week after week, shared internal matches and school tournaments. One coach runs the whole group and one programme applies to everyone, whoever connects from wherever.
Three shifts a day in local time. We form the group in Aktobe in your time zone, with a coach who works on your hours.
Sessions run in Discord: the coach sees your screen, the group plays and reviews mistakes together. You need a PC with CS2, a microphone and a stable connection.
