How training works
Not just gaming at a computer, but a system: every session leaves a mark in the numbers.
1
Training
3 times a week, 3 hours each, with a coach and a steady group.
2
Coach assessment
For every session and on 10 criteria every 2–4 weeks.
3
FACEIT every evening
K/D, ADR, accuracy and ELO update automatically.
4
Diary and parent account
Grades, attendance and stats — on the website and in the app.
5
Level goals
Clear K/D, ADR and accuracy targets for every level.
6
Next stage
You move up by skills mastered, not by time served.
