Almaty is the largest city in the country, but for a teen who wants to grow in CS2 that matters less than it seems: a team is built around skill, not an address. The group has a fixed line-up, its own roles and internal matches, while the coach follows the game through screen sharing and breaks down mistakes as they happen.

FACEIT stats update every evening: K/D, ADR, headshot percentage and more, showing what really changes in the game instead of a vague feeling of getting better. Linking a FACEIT account is easy and the coach helps during the first sessions; after that the numbers themselves trace the path from beginner to tournaments.

How online sessions work

Sessions run in Discord: the coach sees your screen, the group plays and reviews mistakes together. You need a PC with CS2, a microphone and a stable connection.

Questions and answers

Are the sessions really in Russian?

Yes, all of the coach's explanations are in Russian.

Can we come to the academy hall for a tournament or to meet in person?

The hall is only in Petropavl, so for students from Almaty training is online.

Are a microphone and screen sharing required?

Yes. Without voice there is no teamplay, and without screen sharing the coach cannot see what is happening in the student’s game or review mistakes.

How do parents follow progress?

Just like with onsite students: a parent account on the website and in the app — attendance, coach grades and comments, statistics, a written profile and reports.
