Shymkent is one of the big cities of the south, where a teenager's week is usually packed: school, clubs, tutors. CyberLab fits into that schedule rather than the other way round: there are three shifts to choose from, so practice can be placed where it does not clash with everything else.

Each session lasts three hours, three times a week. That is enough to move through the programme and not so much that it pushes out school or sport. Groups are matched by age and skill, and the timetable is fixed in advance so the student knows it as firmly as the school one.

Session times in your time zone

Three shifts a day in local time. We form the group in Shymkent in your time zone, with a coach who works on your hours.

Afternoon shift 15:00–18:00
Evening shift — online 19:00–22:00

How online sessions work

Sessions run in Discord: the coach sees your screen, the group plays and reviews mistakes together. You need a PC with CS2, a microphone and a stable connection.

Questions and answers

Will my child manage to combine this with school?

Three sessions a week on a fixed schedule usually sit well next to school and clubs; the coach helps pick a shift when you sign up.

How do we pay from Shymkent?

The same way as anywhere in Kazakhstan: via Kaspi or by bank card.

Are a microphone and screen sharing required?

Yes. Without voice there is no teamplay, and without screen sharing the coach cannot see what is happening in the student’s game or review mistakes.

How do parents follow progress?

Just like with onsite students: a parent account on the website and in the app — attendance, coach grades and comments, statistics, a written profile and reports.
