Online with a coach
The academy hall is in Petropavl; in Rudny sessions run online with a coach and a team.

Rudny sits next to Kostanay, and Petropavl is well known in this part of the country too; the school from there also runs sessions online, so the distance between cities makes no difference. The student connects from home instead of crossing town to practice in any weather.
In terms of equipment you need a PC with CS2 on Steam, a stable connection and a headset with a microphone; screen sharing lets the coach see the game rather than hear about it after the match. The rest is the same as in the hall: a permanent group by skill level, the five-stage programme and coach scores after every session.
Three shifts a day in local time. We form the group in Rudny in your time zone, with a coach who works on your hours.
Sessions run in Discord: the coach sees your screen, the group plays and reviews mistakes together. You need a PC with CS2, a microphone and a stable connection.

Yes. Without voice there is no teamplay, and without screen sharing the coach cannot see what is happening in the student’s game or review mistakes.
Just like with onsite students: a parent account on the website and in the app — attendance, coach grades and comments, statistics, a written profile and reports.
