Aktau is a city on the Caspian shore, and the difference between simply playing a lot and actually improving usually shows up slowly. You can sit in CS2 for hours and stay at the same level, or you can get a concrete review from a coach every session: what exactly is holding the result back and what to do about it.
The coach sees the game live through screen sharing, not from a retelling after the match, and can pause to break down a moment while it is fresh. It is then reinforced through the five-stage programme, turning time in the game into steady progress with clear milestones.
Three shifts a day in local time. We form the group in Aktau in your time zone, with a coach who works on your hours.
Sessions run in Discord: the coach sees your screen, the group plays and reviews mistakes together. You need a PC with CS2, a microphone and a stable connection.

Yes. Without voice there is no teamplay, and without screen sharing the coach cannot see what is happening in the student’s game or review mistakes.
