Temirtau is a steelworkers' town, and a teenager here, as anywhere, cares less about abstract study than about results they can see. FACEIT stats update every evening and show them plainly: K/D, ADR, headshot percentage, making it clear what actually changed in the game over the week and what stayed the same.
Beyond personal stats there is the team: a permanent group, set roles, internal matches and school tournaments. Linking a FACEIT account is easy and the coach helps during the first sessions; after that the numbers and team play together show the path from beginner to competitive level with no guessing.
Three shifts a day in local time. We form the group in Temirtau in your time zone, with a coach who works on your hours.
Sessions run in Discord: the coach sees your screen, the group plays and reviews mistakes together. You need a PC with CS2, a microphone and a stable connection.
