Zhezkazgan lies away from the country's main transport hubs, and that is usually the first question when choosing a club: how far will we have to travel? An online school removes the question: the session runs in Discord and the coach follows the game through screen sharing rather than standing next to the student.
A student from Zhezkazgan may well share a group with someone the same age from a completely different region, because line-ups are built by skill, not geography. A permanent group, set roles, internal matches and school tournaments make that team real, even if its members never meet in person.
Three shifts a day in local time. We form the group in Zhezkazgan in your time zone, with a coach who works on your hours.
Sessions run in Discord: the coach sees your screen, the group plays and reviews mistakes together. You need a PC with CS2, a microphone and a stable connection.

Yes. Without voice there is no teamplay, and without screen sharing the coach cannot see what is happening in the student’s game or review mistakes.
